The Teal Dragon Story

Teal Dragon Rentals is a mom and pop operation that applies that personal touch often missing from large corporate rentals. We started in 2021 renting our own Decatur in-law suite and learning all the hard lessons along the way. We are a hands on team and we are not your typical faceless property management company.

We expanded to Tybee Island in 2022 to get our feet wet (pun intended) on managing Airbnb’s hours away, expanding our expertise and understanding of all the short term rental platforms. We now operate over 10 Airbnbs in a few different locations with over 1000 nights stayed.

The Teal Dragon name simply comes from the first rental we had in East Atlanta, which had a teal dragon above the door. Hence the name Teal Dragon Rentals.
